At Zid & Flo, we aim to process and deliver every order as smoothly as possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, most domestic orders are delivered within 5-8 business days, depending on location and courier serviceability.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. If free shipping is being offered, it will be clearly mentioned on the website or at checkout.
Tracking details will be shared after dispatch where applicable. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including phone number and address, while placing an order.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, remote location serviceability, or incorrect shipping details. Zid & Flo is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
