Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.
Refunds are only applicable for products received in a damaged condition. Damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video from the sealed package opening, along with product photos and order details. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchanges are only applicable for size issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
